Hi, I'm Gloria Ramos
For nearly two decades, I've had the privilege of leading in classrooms, boardrooms, businesses, and public service. Along the way, I discovered something that changed the way I think about leadership.
Success means very little if it comes at the expense of the people, values, and purpose that matter most.
That conviction inspired me to write Lead with Purpose and develop the Lead with Purpose™ Framework—a practical approach that helps successful leaders align their lives with their values, strengthen their relationships, and create a legacy that reflects both their achievements and their character.
As an author, educator, elected school board trustee, and Certified High Performance Coach, I've had the privilege of helping leaders navigate important decisions, overcome personal and professional challenges, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As an author, educator, and Certified High Performance Coach, I've mentored leaders through personal and professional transitions, helping them gain clarity, strengthen relationships, improve performance, and reconnect with purpose.
